The location was the main reason for our stay. The breakfast was amazing. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Mr. Jason Friends, the front office manager was absolutely incredible. He managed to respond to our needs as a family of 4. Finding adequate accommodation without putting us through hassles. Yasir qureshi also was very considerate. Concierge service William was just incredibly friendly and supportive. In fact all the staff, bell boys included were very friendly, attentive and service oriented.

We were staying at the Athenaeum for my Son's wedding on December 2nd at the Tower of London, however the location was selected as the bridal party was staying at the RAF club. Every member of staff we met was polite, friendly and very helpful - going above and beyond what you might hope for. Our request to host breakfast with the bridal party was kindly accepted and when we arrived for breakfast the table had been set and was ready for us. We had numerously people going back and forth between our rooms and the RAF club, and everyone was greeted and made to feel welcome. The doorman was superb! The adjoining rooms and facilities within the rooms were very comfortable. We appreciated having a large fridge and water and soft drinks were replenished reguarly.
